  8.   ATTR is released under the Shareware concept. This means that this software
  9.   is NOT in the public domain. I still retain the copyright. If you find ATTR
  10.   useful for any reason, you must register it or stop using the program
  11.   whatsoever. Registration only costs $7 and allows you to remove all of the
  12.   annoying "Register Me" messages. Just fill out the registration form and
  13.   mail it to the address listed below. Make sure your check or money order is
  14.   made out to Thomas Dyas. Once your payment is received, you will receive
  15.   instructions that will upgrade your ATTR.EXE file to registered status. You
  16.   may also receive information on other programs that I have written. License
  17.   information is within the main documentation file, ATTR100.DOC.
